“to turn heads and hearts into the hands and feet of Christ”.
To use Kingdom Assignment stewardship principles to encourage others to use their God given Talents, Treasures and Time by advancing God’s Kingdom globally beyond every generational, ethnic and faith boundary with the love of Jesus Christ.
Our purpose on this earth is to make much of Jesus Christ. We can do nothing separate of Him. God and God alone is deserving of all the glory in all aspects of our lives. Life is a gift and we are to take care and value that gift. The Kingdom Assignment and the scriptures attributed to each assignment are reminders to us that we are responsible to be good stewards of the Talents, Treasure and Time that has been allotted us. We love and respect all local churches, no matter how small or large. Christ loved and died for the church who are we to not love all churches that proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
What is a Kingdom Assignment?
The day the Bellesi’s challenged their congregation, giving out $100 dollars to one hundred people was November 4th and 5th 2000. That first service Pastor Denny announced; “this is an assignment a Kingdom Assignment”, the words stuck and became the title of this idea. The goal of this experience was to give their congregation a living example of the Parable of the TALENTS in Matthew 25:14-30. Believing there was more kingdom assignments in the Bible the following year, after the World Trade Center disaster and the local food banks were low, they asked their congregation to sell a TREASURE of significance raising money to help serve the poor in their community. The story of the Rich Young Ruler in (Mark 10:17-31) was the inspiration behind what they called Kingdom Assignment 2. The following year, November 2002 they again challenged their congregration with good stewardship of their TIME by using the scripture of the Sheep and the Goats in Matthew 25:31-asking for people to give 90 minutes of time to one person that they consider a “least of these”, becoming Kingdom Assignment 3.
What are the WELL DONE AWARDS?
On May 30th 2007 the first annual WELL DONE AWARDS was launched. The WDA is a fast paced awards show celebrating Kingdom Assignments around the world. Using the words WELL DONE from the scripture in Matthew 25 saying, “Well done good and faithful servant… you have been faithful with a few things I will put you in charge of many things. First rate entertainment, awarding emotional stories of faith, inspirational reports of KA around the world cause those that attend to be challenged to be better stewards of everything God has given them. These annual events are also our yearly fundraisers having raised over $100,000.00 to date to seed churches to do Kingdom Assignments and change their community as we have seen repeated so many times. The next WELL DONE AWARD is Sunday May 31st 2009 at the Grove of Anaheim in Anaheim, CA… please join us!
Can we use the words Kingdom Assignment?
Yes, you are welcome to use the words Kingdom Assignment. The words Kingdom Assignment have been trademarked and under this government approved trademark it is stated that the idea was taken from the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25 of the Bible, which we believe holds the integrity. We ask that your Kingdom Assignment(s) projects always be attributed and connected to the corresponding scripture. We have found these scriptures to be the powerful convicting components where we see the Holy Spirit work in such tremendous ways.
How can our church launch a Kingdom Assignment?
We celebrated three Kingdom Assignments at Coast Hills Community Church in Aliso Viejo, CA. One each year, in the fall of 2000, 2001 and 2002. Some churches have taken on all three and then thought of other ones taken from scripture. We recommend that they be done with the same time frame (once a year), but you are welcome to use your own creativity in regards to timelines.

What is a WELL DONE Party?
The words WELL DONE have become very popular words in today’s day and age. Next time you watch any current reality show you will hear it several times by the judges or the hosts. Jesus used it when he said; “WELL DONE good and faithful servant” in Matthew 25. Seeing this is the verse that drove the original Kingdom Assignment we decided those words should be used as Jesus used them… a praise of one that had been a good and faithful steward. In 2007 these words were trademarked by Kingdom Assignment, Inc. and are now connected specifically for our annual WELL DONE Awards and what we now call WELL DONE Parties which are events celebrating the faithful stewardship of God’s people here on earth, encouraging others to go and do the same. You are more than welcome and we recommend that you use these words as you plan your KA celebration.
